Brown Bread

I have no idea where this recipe came from but it is one of my favourite recipes, yum and no fuss.
Brown Bread

Mix all together.



You can use a 2lb tin.Th loaf will just be a different size. Oven fan180 for 50mins.Allow to cool in tin on wire tray. Enjoy!

      Here you go Sammy,

      10oz wholemeal flour
      1 teaspoon salt and bread soda
      2 tablespoons of pinhead oats, brown sugar and wheat germ
      Half a pint of buttermilk 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil and one egg
